Order, Payment & Delivery

Payment: 

  • Sample order and Small order 100% payment before production(Support PayPal)
  • Bulk orders: 50% deposit via T/T, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

Lead time:

  • Sample orders: Usually shipped within 3 working days.
  • Ready stock: Dispatched within one week.
  • Bulk production: Typically 20-25 working days, depending on order volume and customization requirements.

Shipping options:

  • Express (DHL, FedEx,UPS) for small parcels of samples.(5-8 Days,DDU)
  • Sea(50-60 days), air(12-20 days) , or railway transport(35-45 days)  and SINO-EUROPE trucking shipping (35-45 days)for bulk orders with DDP service available.

MOQ varies depending on the product type and customization level.

Sample costs and shipping fees may apply, but they are often deductible from the final bulk order amount.
