- 24/7 Inquiry Support: Our sales team will remain accessible via WhatsApp and email throughout the holiday. If you have questions regarding product specifications or quotations for our latest pet supplies,cleaning & grooming tools, please feel free to reach out.
- Order Placement: You may continue to place orders by contacting our sales or direct channels during the break.
- Production & Lead Times: Orders confirmed during the holiday will be prioritized and entered into our production queue sequentially starting May 6th. We recommend placing urgent orders before the break to secure earlier shipping slots.
Logistics Note
As many domestic logistics providers will also be on leave, please expect a slight adjustment in DDP sea freight and air freight dispatch times. We will provide updated tracking information immediately upon the resumption of logistics services.
